Spatial Operations Intelligence

One platform.
Every operation.

InSite gives large facilities a unified, real-time picture of their operations. Healthcare, hospitality, estates, and beyond. Built by someone who lived the problem from the inside.

Operational data exists.
Nobody can see it.

Every department in a large facility generates data. Access control, incident reports, maintenance requests, job assignments. It all lives in separate systems, built by separate vendors, serving separate teams. Nobody sees the full picture.

Fragmented systems mean staff spend time chasing information rather than acting on it.
Enterprise software costs £30,000 to £150,000 per year, with multi-year lock-in and no flexibility to start small.
Your data is not yours. Most enterprise operational software stores data in vendor clouds under vendor terms.

All departments. One stream.

One platform connects everything.

InSite sits across your existing operations, pulls everything into a shared spatial layer, and gives each department exactly the view they need. Security sees incidents. Facilities sees assets and maintenance. Management sees the whole picture.

Modular by design. Activate the modules your departments need. Pay for what you use.
Spatial intelligence. Every event, ticket, and asset has a location. See what is happening where.
Scales with confidence. Start with a single department. Expand as value is demonstrated.

Purpose-built modules.
One shared platform.

Three tiers per module. Essential centralises and clarifies. Standard automates and reports. Advanced surfaces intelligence and insight. Every team pays only for what they need and use.

Essential
Centralise and clarify
Information flows to the right place in the right format. Manual processes, but organised and visible. The base function delivered reliably.
Standard
Automate and report
Repetitive manual steps become automatic. Patterns emerge from the data. The module works for the team rather than the other way around.
Advanced
Intelligence and insight
Synthesised data surfaces things nobody was looking for. Decisions informed by evidence. The platform becomes proactive rather than reactive.

E S A
Works and Estates Ticketing
Raise, assign, track, and close maintenance requests. Replace fragmented email chains with a workflow staff will actually use.
📋
E S A
Job and Task Management
Job assignment, completion logging, and progress tracking for operational teams. Companion app puts notifications directly on staff phones.
📞
E S A
Switchboard and Alerting
On-call management, bleep and contact directory, alert workflows with full audit trail. One view of who to call, for what, and when.

Quay Asset Tracking
Scan a code on any asset to surface its location history, status, and assignment. No expensive proprietary hardware required.
🔐
E S A
Security Intelligence
Incident logging, access event streams, and heatmap visualisation on a live floorplan. Cross-system context surfaces patterns no single system can reveal.

Planned
Hardware Integration
Access control panels, CCTV event streams, environmental sensors. Existing infrastructure and custom InSite-native hardware. Coming in a future phase.

Built to be extended.

InSite is an open framework, not a closed product. The same module API used to build every InSite module is available to anyone. Your team, your vendors, or the community can build on top of it.

Module API
Every capability in InSite is a module. Register space types, event types, views, and permissions at startup. The core stays lean. Complexity lives in modules where it belongs.
📦
SDK (planned)
A first-party SDK is on the roadmap. Build InSite modules in TypeScript with full type safety, documented patterns, and access to the full core API surface.
🏷️
Quay open standard
Quay Standard, InSite's asset tagging format, is planned as an open specification. Any system can implement it. Any hardware can read it. No central registry required.

Principles, not promises.

01
Data sovereignty
Every deployment runs on your own hardware. No operational or personal data is transmitted externally. If you stop using InSite, you walk away with your database intact.
02
Compliance first
UK GDPR, WCAG 2.1 AA, and sector-specific compliance frameworks. These are built into the architecture from day one, not retrofitted before a procurement conversation.
03
Pay for what you use
Modular, tiered pricing at departmental budget level. Each department activates what they need and pays from their own budget. No central commitment required to get started.
04
Built from the inside
InSite was conceived while managing access control across multiple hospital sites. Every design decision reflects operational reality, not vendor imagination.
05
Start small, grow freely
A single module on day one runs on exactly the same platform as a full multi-department deployment. Investment scales with confidence, not commitment.
06
Updates you control
Every update is reviewed and approved by an administrator through InSite itself. Applied during maintenance windows. Fully audited. Rollback available for 30 days.

Your data.
Your hardware.
Your terms.

No vendor cloud. All operational and personal data lives on your hardware, subject to your governance.
No data sharing agreement. InSite's external communication is outbound HTTPS only, for licence validation and update checks.
No lock-in. If you stop using InSite, you walk away with your database intact. The data belongs to you, always.
European infrastructure. InSite's coordination servers run in European data centres. Data never leaves the UK or EU.
"The systems large organisations currently rely on do not offer this. InSite does."
Data sovereignty is a design commitment, not a marketing position.

In active development.

InSite is being built now. The foundational architecture is complete. The first operational modules are next.

The platform is designed to keep growing. Clinical operations, hardware integration, a full SDK, multi-site coordination. Each phase extends what InSite can become. There is no end state, only the next module.
